Am I misunderstanding something?

I saw a system announcement saying there was a quest to reach level 151. It said to kill bosses and “city of abominations”. Where is that?

This brings up many questions:

1) Does this mean we need to reforge all equipment or just certain items?
-I don't want to have to pay to +12 and stone equipment again if I don't have to.

2) What about Donator weapons/armor?

Though he may see the rare blue named char created when everyone started at lvl1. Now everyone starts at lvl 100 (before their first exp gaining event). There is no way to create a blue name character now.

1.3- PVP server- Classic: 3 races, no genies, etc (many people felt the new races were too OP for dedicated PVP server).
1.5- PVE server- New: 5 races and all the new fangled stuff.

tried to replace file but Norton AV deletes file. even if I disable Norton 360 it will delete it as soon as I re-enable it. I have excluded the folder from the scan and somehow it still deletes it.
