You may want to state more clearly the role in which you expect your GMs to play.

What jobs they must complete and what benefits they get as GM.

I had the same problem today doing Blacksmith 8.

One of the 3 items in log was 0/1 even though i had the item. When i read the paragraph above it showed a different name. When i made it, it changed name to the one on the list and changed to 1/1.
