Let PWI auto patch before installing anything, gotta boot it up after the install (can take I think around 10-20 minutes). Then you can install the 3 server files. Animation, LMSPW then the Hotfix.

I'd suggest getting a clean copy of PWI so you can make sure its fully updated. Go back to http://www.lmspw.com and check the top left corner to see the quick start guide. If you need a fresh PWI you can get it from step 1, if you have to do this part, make sure to patch it before installing anythin...
